This 16 week course is a life-changing guide for a mind/body/spirit approach to healing Spasmodic Dysphonia! 

 

 

Mindset/Emotions/Energy

You will learn to rewire your brain for maximum healing.  You will begin to learn to master your emotions and your energy to vibrate on the highest healing frequency!  We will dig deep into the emotional causes of Spasmodic Dysphonia and learn to heal from trauma.

Nutrition

You will learn to alkalize your body, and detoxify it of toxins and pathogens.  In addtion, you will learn to remove foods that inflame the body and add in lots of nutrients for cell repair.  When the body is free of toxins and pathogens, it can truly begin to do deep repair and rejuevenation!

Nervous System Regulation

You will learn ways to calm the nervous system down, so it can return to the parasympathetic, where the healing happens.  Tools like breathwork, meditation, tapping, vagus nerve reset, visualization and nature therapy will be part of the work.  Keeping your nervous system in a healing state, expitdites healing.
